BOOKING
Upon booking the first appointment, please complete the online intake form through the online portal at least twenty-four hours prior to your exam. This allows that our office can run efficiently and meet the needs of the practice members. Cancellations made prior to twenty-four hours of your appointment will not be charged. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made less than twenty-four hours or no shows will be charged in full.

MEET THE DOCTOR
Arise Health Chiropractic is owned by Dr. Micah Bonola. She is a Prenatal, Pediatric and Family Chiropractor. Dr. Bonola received her Bachelors at Baylor University and her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University. She has been in practice for over 10+ years in various aspects of chiropractor care including brain injury cases, auto accidents, spinal corrective care, prenatal, pediatric and family practice. She has been trained with ICPA, utilizes Craniosacral work, Logan Basic, works with Lip/ Tongue Ties and is certified in Webster’s technique for pregnant women. She has a heart for all ages to achieve their goals through health.
PRACTICE MEMBERSHIP
For best results in chiropractic care, consistency is key.
A practice membership is built in for convenience by preventing the hassle of paying each time adjustment to adjustment to save you money. The best ability to heal is by consistent and specific chiropractic care. There are no strings attached to this membership. Any time you want the membership to be cancelled, it will be.
For established practice members, a credit card will be kept on file.
